A real estate investment group from Asheville has bought the old Carolina School Supply building on West Morehead for $3.7 million. John Vickers of KW Commercial represented the buyers.

East West Capital has acquired the Carolina School Supply Building in Charlotte, North Carolina. The building, located at 1023 West Morehead Street, has approximately 30,000 sf of office space and is currently 100% leased to four long-term tenants.
